本研究之目的是為智慧工廠的加工設備以及製造執行系統(Manufacturing Execution System, MES)設計資產管理殼(Asset Administration Shell, AAS)。基於工業網際網路參考架構(Industrial Internet Reference Architecture, IIRA)分析業務、使用以及功能觀點之需求。接著透過OPC UA伺服器中設計的資訊模型滿足這些要求。此外,本研究也研究AAS的使用情況,並對垂直整合的實施提出一些建議。將本研究的資訊模型與商用產品相比,比較之結果顯示出AAS的優勢。MES的AAS提供外部訪問之介面,使企業資源規劃(Enterprise Resource Planning, ERP)可以完成派發工單等基本功能。MES的AAS還可以支持非正規下單流程,例如工程變更通知,在不停止生產的情況下快速變更產品資訊。加工設備的AAS可以快速辨識設備並載入製造訊息。由於AAS對製造訊息進行了分類,監控及數據收集系統(Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition, SCADA)可以快速檢索所需資訊。同時,這些製造訊息也可用於輔助其他資訊系統的應用。透過上述案例,本研究設計的AAS有利於垂直整合的要求與實施。;The purpose of this research is to design the Asset Administration Shell (AAS) for equipment and Manufacturing Execution System (MES) in the smart factory. The requirements from the business, usage, and functional viewpoints are analyzed based on the Industrial Internet Reference Architecture (IIRA). Then the information model inside the OPC UA server is designed to meet these requirements. Also, this research studied the usage of AAS and proposed some suggestions to implementations of vertical integration. Compared to commercial products, results of this research shows the advantages of the AAS. The AAS of the MES provides an open interface for external access, and thus ERP can complete the basic functions, like order dispatching. The AAS of the MES can also support the informal ordering process, such as Engineering Change Notification, and it can quickly change product information without stopping production. The AAS of equipment can quickly identify the equipment and load manufacturing information. The Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition System (SCADA) can quickly retrieve the required information because the AAS has categorized the manufacturing information. Meanwhile, these manufacturing information can be used to assist other information systems in applications. According to the above cases, the AAS designed in this research can be benefit to the requirements and implementations of vertical integration.
