    题名: 等包覆角切削製程參數對不鏽鋼品質效應的實驗研究

    摘要: 本文實驗使用等包覆角(Tool Engagement Angle, TEA)新式的演算法進行不鏽鋼SUS304切削實驗研究。本文實驗考慮的切削主要因子及水準如下:切削線速度(V)共6個水準、切削寬度(W)共3個水準及每刃切削量(FZ)共3個水準,採用全因子設計法規劃54組切削實驗研究。
    本文對於切削品質特性篩選製程區間的最優參數組合,於每一實驗組會得到5組品質特性分別為切削力量、主軸負載、切削時間、刀具直徑磨耗以及刀具重量磨耗共270組實驗值,分別探討各因子對品質特性之影響效應,並利用理想解類似度順序偏好法(Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution, TOPSIS)篩選最佳參數組合。
    ;We demonstrated a novel cutting method of "Tool Engagement Angle" method (TEA) by simulations and experiments, based on the cutting experiments for the material of stainless steel (SU304), the experiments are demonstrated by using a serial of combination of the cutting parameters, these parameters are divided by six groups of parameter in cutting speed (V), which is the main factor of this TEA method, and the secondary parameters are three groups of parameter in cutting wide (W), and three groups of parameter for cutting amount per tooth (Fz).
    In this study, I reviewed 54 cutting parameters experimentally, and got the optimal cutting parameter by checking the following quality characteristics value of cutting force, spindle loading , cutting cycle time, the abrasion on tool diameter and the abrasion of tool weight for all cutting parameters, which results 270 quality characteristics value outputs.
    The standardized analysis method of the technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS) is also provided in this study, which is also obtained the similar optimization parameters in comparison with the experiments and simulation, respectively. According to this study, we can provide the novel cutting parameter optimization simulation solutions and analysis method for the variety of materials and diverse machining process.
