近年來,越來越多人注意到行動不便旅客的需求。各航空公司為服務身心障礙及行動不便旅客,會派專門護送員協助辦理相關手續與服務。因此,如何適當指派護送任務是一重要課題。本研究以外包公司管理者的立場,考量現實機場需要被護送的旅客之隨機性需求進行指派。並採取一即時更新護送需求方法,構建隨機性護送任務指派模式,得知護送員作業時間成本總期望值最小。希望藉此幫助國內某國際機場有效進行護送員的編排規劃。 本研究採取時空網路流動之技巧,構建護送員作業時空網路,同時以數學規劃方式建立隨機性護送任務指派模式。本模式可定式為含額外限制整數網路流動問題,同時考量任務出現的隨機性。另外,本研究利用滾動分析進行動態決策方法應用模式。以國內某國際機場相關護送任務資料為例來進行範例測試,且針對不同的參數測試本研究中模式的敏感度,並提出方案分析,測試所發展之隨機性護送任務指派模式於不同狀況下指派之情形與實用性。最後,提出結論與建議。 ;In recent years, more and more people are highly concerned about disabled traveler demand. Considering passengers who are disabled and language disorders in airports, airlines will assign escorts to help disabled travelers. Therefore, how to assist the airport to effectively reassign stochastic escort is an important research topic. We stand in outsourcing shoes and consider passengers who need escort to assign escorts. We develop a dynamic escort assignment with the objective of minimizing the total time value to formulate the stochastic escort assignment model. It is expected that this is a useful tool for airports to effectively escort reassignments and thus enhance current airport operations. We employed network flow techniques to construct an escort network and formulated the stochastic escort assignment model. The model is formulated as an integer network flow problem with side constraints and rolling analysis method. We perform a case study using data from an international airport and use a case with sensitivity analysis and alternatives analysis to test the model. We can know the influence of the change of different parameters in this model. Finally, we give some conclusions and suggestions.
