Abstract:	因應老年化社會到來，骨骼重建相關細胞治療技術建構在組織工程的基礎上，本計畫核心技術建構在組織工程研究，結合自組裝生物反應系統，在體外培養出個人化類硬骨器官團塊，同時開發客製化生物活性仿生骨材，期許提出一種完善的骨外傷修復方案，建立在過去的研究基礎，審視技術缺點並加以改進，團隊成員除了擅長生物材料及組織工程學科，更有骨科醫師提供臨床經驗，並有醫材法規專家協助設計開發;跨領域團隊除了整合研究成果，讓我們的研究設計能夠在研發階段盡可能符合醫療及法規需求，縮短技術臨床化之時程，進而提升技術產值。
