Abstract:	藥品的研發需要優良的臨床試驗，因此建立適當的臨床試驗設計協助新藥的研發具有醫療產業方面的經濟價值。此二年期計畫針對提高治癌效果的複合藥建立二階段的早期臨床試驗設計，進行有效鑑別複合藥的劑量組合，目的在於加速複合藥的有效研發。計畫中考慮更貼合實務的毒性劑量模式，加上藥效隨劑量漸增但是可能在高劑量時達到高原的情形下，應用貝氏方法及等比例存活時間模式，建立穩健的臨床試驗設計，有效的鑑別複合藥的最佳劑量組合。
