    Abstract: 本研究將開發快速藥敏測試之預測與質譜資料自動分析平台,可以快速地將病原體抗藥資訊提供給臨床照護者,這有助於抗生素的正確使用,也有助於準確的診斷和適切地照護患者;另外,將對找到的關鍵峰值特徵,進行更進一步的微生物實驗找尋對應之蛋白質片段,以探究產生抗藥之原因,提供製藥之參考,此研究成果將對台灣生技產業之製藥有重大之貢獻。
