| 摘要: | 桃園市自103年12月25日正式升格為直轄市之後，各項公共工程建設的要求與品質及相關規範的標準也就越來越高，每年度透過內政部營建署及桃園市政府的市區道路養護管理績效考評以有效提升鄉鎮區公所內附屬設施的品質及街道的完整性與人行環境的無障礙通行性及交通標誌號誌的合理設置性，除了可促進各區公所之間的良性競爭，更可為桃園帶來優良的公共設施的品質及使用性，並有效提高區公所工程團隊素質，進而全面提升本市公共工程品質。
本研究係透過桃園市政府市區道路養護管理績效考評，於近3年(107~109)中壢區考評得獎為13區公所內獲取第一名的精進與創新作為作歸納分析，並提出透過道路損壞性、人行環境內容、交通標誌與標線、排水系統設施改善，所產生的問題及改善不足的地方，中壢區公所藉由滾動式檢討與平時相關人員現場進行督導。
由考評前做的通盤檢討來提升道路及附屬設施的基本要求甚至提升更高水準，並由問卷調查的方式得知民眾的對於附屬設施的滿意度去做改善及加強，以建構屬於桃園市更為完善的公路系統，達到樂活移居環境，提升民眾的生活品質。

This research is based on the Taoyuan City Government’s urban road maintenance and management performance evaluation.
