    Abstract: 學界和實務界的調查皆發現人員可以從外派任務中,獲得寶貴工作技能且增加晉升的機會,然而女性同仁擔任外派人員的比重卻相當的低。本計畫探索主管在提升女性同仁外派意願中所扮演的重要角色,本研究結果將有助於協助女性同仁在企業實現自我,特別是透過提升企業內高潛力女性人才的外派意願與國際競爭力。
