Abstract:	目前深度學習所使用的深層網路模型與技術發展快速，我們有越來越準確的影像識別CNN網路設計，台灣各大型醫院有近百萬的胸部X光圖像和Free Text診斷書(大型醫院每年都有近十萬張胸部X光片，每天300張的拍攝數量)，但是我們卻缺乏好的NLP標記軟體，將全台灣這上千萬圖檔和診斷書轉變成有標記病灶區域、病理分類、病變嚴重程度評分的大數據資料，來測試了解發展中的各種先進技術。我們的研究計畫使用最新的Sentence-BERT技術，預計可以更正確自動標記胸腔X光片的文字報告，協助各大研究型醫院發展醫療影像人工智能系統。
