    Abstract: 液態金屬嵌入彈性體複合材料在製作軟性電容式感應器上具有極大的應用潛力,目前仍在初步發展階段且現今的製程技術仍無法有效地控制填充物之尺寸及達到良好的分布均勻性。本計畫所開發的新穎製程,預期可製作出具良好尺寸可控性之液態金屬奈米顆粒嵌入彈性體並達到高介電常數及良好拉伸性,將能有助於拓展其應用領域。
