    Abstract: 本計畫主旨在開發鐵族合金系統材料,以取代貴金屬作為電解析氧(OER)之陽極。此類合金之優點在成本低,析氧活性高,是當前水電解工業最受矚目的陽極候選材料及炙熱的國際焦點。然而,文獻報導偏重於以熔煉、塗佈等方法製備,所得多晶構造在電解過程易因陽極氧化使活性快速衰退。本計畫將採用低耗能及低污染之微電鍍技術製作鐵族合金。在高電流製程下,可獲得奈米晶及非晶結構,其優點不僅對OER催化活性提高且在陽極反應中抗衰退性強,壽命長。此外,本技術開發之微米柱為自支撑型高強度合金,其催化活性不亞於貴金屬陽極,成本僅其千分之一,易建構低成本高電流效率之電極組合,有助於國內電解製氫工業之推動與發展。
