    Abstract: 本產學合作計畫為開發抗腐蝕之石墨烯鍍層於金屬多孔材表面,並應用於高溫質子交換膜燃料電池(HT-PEMFC)金屬雙極板之流場。石墨烯製程將採用化學氣相沉積法(CVD),沉積石墨烯於鎳金屬多孔材,藉調變CVD製程中各反應氣體流量、升降溫度速率等參數最佳化石墨烯薄膜之品質,使鎳多孔材表面完整覆蓋多層石墨烯,以提升金屬多孔材於高溫酸性環境下之抗腐蝕能力,應用於HT-PEMFC雙極板流場以提升燃料電池之耐久性,降低雙極板與膜電極組間之接觸阻抗,並發揮金屬多孔材流場氣體分散均勻、高電導率與機械強度等優勢以提升燃料電池之功率密度。
