    Abstract: 本研究為建設公司之石材施工工程,針對工班及加工機指派編排及工程成本之改善計畫。現階段施工工班及加工機之調度排班,多數以專案主管負責編排,其編排效率常因專案主管能力決定,若能力不足時,導致成本及工期之浪費。為確認及提升其編排效率及施工最小
    成本,藉由本研究石材施工工班及機器指派為範例。


    本研究著重在建構數學運算模型,採用LINGO 17.0及Microsoft Excel 2016軟體,應用於石材工程管理。將限定的工期、不同功率的工班、不同施工時段的效率等已知參數輸入到模型中;透過最佳化運算出最低施工成本,透過不同的施工排列組合之敏感度分析,得出最佳施工效率;可即時地提供最佳化的數據給決策者比較,以快速進行精確的決策。

    ;This study focuses on the improvement plan of the assignment and arrangement of work shifts and processing machines and engineering costs, required by a building stone construction project of a construction company. The performance of the assignment and arrangement done manually by the in-charge could vary with the competency of the in-charge, which could result in the loss of cost and time. The study is to ensure the efficiency of the assignment and arrangement of work shifts and processing machines and the lowest construction cost, for a building stone project.


    This study focuses on developing a model, built by LINGO 17.0 and Microsoft Excel 2016, which can apply to the management of stone construction projects. By inputting key parameters to the model, such as the constraints of construction time, various work types and work shifts, and performance variance of different work shifts, the model can find the minimum construction cost through sensitivity analysis of various construction arrangements and assignments. The model can provide optimized data for decision makers to compare and make better decisions more quickly.
