Abstract:	自南方澳大橋斷橋事件後，各工程單位積極審視現有基礎設施，並積極推動基礎設施管理政策，桃園市政府針對公共設施維護管理訂有抽查制度，目前仍屬初步階段，桃園市政府在公共工程的推動效率、品質及規劃均有目共睹，本研究為使桃園市公共工程維護管理更加提升，因此以桃園市公共工程維護管理抽查制度作為研究對象，並探討可精進的方向。本研究以金質獎評分項目及委員實際抽查項目為依據，擬定應抽查之項目後，透過問卷調查方法及倍數加權法，探討桃園市公共工程維護管理抽查內容可精進之項目，以提升抽查時的準確性、合理性及效率。 ;Since the collapse of the Nanfang′ao Bridge, engineering units have inspected the existing infrastructure and promoted infrastructure management policies. The Taoyuan City Government has established a random inspection system to maintain and manage public works, though It is still in the preliminary stage, the Taoyuan City Government has improved the promotion efficiency, quality, and planning of public works. To improve the maintenance and management system, this study takes Taoyuan City Government′s random inspection system as the research object. This research is based on the scoring content of the Gold Award and the random checked items by the committee members to form the random inspection items, and through the questionnaire survey and weighting method, we will discuss the items that can be improved in the maintenance and management system in order to improve the accuracy, rationality, and efficiency of random inspection.
