    Title: 航機停機線每日檢修排程最佳化之研究

    Abstract: 航機維修是航空產業中的必要工作,航機維修業者需要擬定出完善的維修計劃,以確保航機的飛行安全與航班正常運作。實務上,航機維修大致可分為進廠維修與停機線維修,目前皆以人工的方式進行維修排程,其中在安排停機線維修計劃時,為避免影響航班運作,除了須配合航空公司的航班班表外,還須隨時應付現實中各種可能使維修時間加長的狀況,其過程實難將所有變因全盤納入考量。然而,隨著航機維修人員的漸趨短缺,以及航空公司機隊規模的拓增與旅運需求的逐漸增加,傳統人工排程的方式已漸有無法負荷之虞。有鑑於此,本研究以航機維修業者的角度,運用最佳化技術,進行為期一個月的停機線維修排程規劃。

    本研究利用數學規劃方法,考量實務上航機停機線維修的隨機維修工時,在滿足所有實務限制下,以最小化總成本為目標,建構航機停機線每日檢修最佳化之確定性與隨機性模式,並透過CPLEX數學規劃軟體輔以求解模式。最後,本研究以國內某一主要之航空公司其維修子公司的實際航班與維修資料為例進行範例測試,並針對不同參數進行敏感度分析與方案分析。測試結果良好,顯示本研究模式可供航機維修業者參考,以進行停機線檢修排程規劃。;Aircraft maintenance is a necessary work and aircraft maintenance planners need to formulate a complete maintenance plan to ensure the operation of flights and the safety of aircraft. In practice, aircraft maintenance can generally be divided into Base Maintenance and Line Maintenance. Both are scheduled by hand in current practices. To avoid affecting the flight operation when scheduling the maintenance plan for the Line Maintenance, it is not only necessary to cooperate with the airline′s flight schedule, but also to deal with the situations that cause extension of maintenance hours. However, with the gradual shortage of aircraft maintenance technicians, as well as the expansion of the airline fleet and the increasing travel demand by aircraft, the traditional scheduling method cannot effectively handle this situation. Therefore, this research focuses on the scheduling of daily check of aircraft Line Maintenance, and adopts the optimization skill to conduct one-month maintenance schedule planning from the perspective of aircraft maintenance operators.
    In this research, we consider stochastic aircraft Line Maintenance hours and all practical constraints and apply mathematical programming techniques to construct deterministic and stochastic daily aircraft maintenance scheduling models. Both models aim at minimizing total costs and are solved by using the mathematical programming software CPLEX. Finally, to test how well the models can be applied to real world, we conduct a case study using real flight schedules and aircraft maintenance data from a major Taiwanese airline. Sensitivity analyses and scenario analyses are also performed on different parameters. The test results are good showing that these two models can be useful references for aircraft maintenance planners to decide on their aircraft Line Maintenance schedule plans.
