本論文中,主要以通過德國自行車近燈法規 (StVZO 22A TA23,K-mark) 作為設計目標。首先,我們針對多款市售高功率車規白光LED光源來分析其光學特性,在考量其光學特性及成本後,選定最符合需求的LED光源。隨著現在車燈不段提高亮度的設計下,為了要避免眩光造成用路人的不適及對自然界所產生的光害以及增加製造時對於公差的容忍度,所以擁有高對比度的車前燈是非常重要的,但要提高對比度並不容易,因在設計及生產製造上種種因素導致對比度無法有效提升,而綜觀各家廠商販賣之腳踏車車前燈以及本設計團隊到目前為止表現最佳的設計對比度在160,而本研究最終成功的設計出超高對比度達313.4之自行車車前燈。本論文使用了不一樣設計方法,因應法規的要求將光形設計成三個亮點,且減少反光杯段面以及段面連接時所造成接面段差以減少在生產製造時因電鍍所產生的邊緣堆積,來達成高對比度的目的。;In this thesis, we aim to design a white LED headlamp to meet the German regulation of StVZO 22A TA23 (so-called K-mark). At first, compare commercial vehicle headlamps with LEDs to analyze their optical properties. To design a high-contrast low beam headlamp in a single optical reflector, we checked several high-quality power white LEDs, analyzed the optical properties, and then selected the most appropriate one based on the performance and cost consideration. With headlights getting brighter and brighter, having high-contrast headlights is very important to avoid glare causing discomfort to people and to avoid damaging nature with light pollution. But most commercial headlight contrast can′t exceed 150 because of the design and the manufacturing process. Thus we used a different method than before. According to the regulation, we used three bright spots to design our light pattern and reduce the reflector segment to avoid manufacturing errors.
