    摘要: 各家廠商在齒輪箱設計開發階段,為符合市場導向的要求,多會根據不同的中心距與速比預先設計多種型號,並推出標準型齒輪箱型錄供客戶進行挑選。目前市面上之標準型減速齒輪箱產品,在結構設計變化不大,且已具備完備的設計流程規範。因此若需針對齒輪箱系統規格,如中心距或速比等進行重新設計,或是因客製化需求進行設計變更時,傳統上設計工程師的工作多會是重複性的分析計算與繪圖工作,且無法有完整系統性由上而下規劃。所以若能透過電腦程式之輔助,進行齒輪箱尺寸系列開發與設計,就能有效處理齒輪箱系統複雜組合配對關係、大量計算以及耗時之繪圖工作,從而建立完整具成本效益的設計模式。
    本論文之目的即以Visual Basic程式語言撰寫操作介面,透過應用程式介面API串聯齒輪分析軟體KISSsoft與3D繪圖軟體Solid Edge,開發出標準型減速齒輪箱型錄開發程式以及CAD圖檔自動生成程式等兩套電腦輔助設計工具。
    標準型齒輪箱型錄開發程式旨在透過模組化與產品尺寸系列,建立齒輪箱相關尺寸之標準規格,使用齒輪箱齒輪、軸、軸承等重要元件具備共用性。設計者僅需輸入設計規格基本參數資料庫,即可通過程式中根據設計規格所建立的齒輪參數計算流程,透過元件物件模型COM連結KISSsoft軟體進行批次計算齒輪與軸承等承載能力,自動整合出相關齒輪對數據組合以及軸、軸承之資料庫,產生完整齒輪箱設計參數型錄。
    另一方面,CAD圖檔自動生成程式則根據客戶提供之齒輪箱介面參數,如中心距、減速比與輸出扭矩等,程式透過標準型齒輪箱型錄資料庫進行選型並計算齒輪安全強度產生工程報表;接著輸出實體模型所需參數,利用Solid Edge應用程式介面(API),以模型參數化功能變更零件幾何外型,產生減速齒輪箱各零件實體模型。;In the gearbox design and development stage, to meet market-oriented requirements, gear manufacturers will at first plan various model sizes according to different center distances and speed ratios, and launch standard gearbox catalogs for customers to choose. In general, the standard reduction gearboxes on the market have little differences in structural design. The design process and related specification are complete. Therefore, design engineers mostly perform repetitive tasks on calculation and drawing, and cannot have a complete and systematic top-down system planning, when a new gearbox system or a customized gearbox is required to design.In order to improve this situation, the development and design of the gearbox size ranges can be carried out with aid of computer programs. The complex combination and pairing relationship of the gear pair system, a lot of calculations, and time-consuming drawing works can be effectively finished. Therefore a complete and cost-effective design model for gearbox can be established.
    The aim of this thesis is therefore to develop two sets of computer-aided design tools, namely a program to develop standard gear reducers catalogues and a program to generate CAD drawing automatically , eachbased on the Visual Basic to connect the gear analysis software KISSsoft and 3D drawing software Solid Edge. through the application programming interface (API).
    The development program for standard gearbox catalog aims to establish standard specifications for related sizes of gearboxes through modularization and product size ranges, so as to have commonality of the important components such as gearbox gears, shafts, and bearings. Users only need to construct the basic parameter database of design specifications, , and then the load capacity of gears and bearings can be calculated by KISSsoft software in batches automatically based on the algorithm established in the program according to the design specifications. The combination of gear pair data and the database of shafts and bearings produce a complete catalog of gearbox design parameters.
    On the other hand, the generation program for CAD files selects automatically the appropriate model size and automatically from the database of the standard gearbox catalog based on the center distance, total ratio, and output torque of the gearbox interface. The safety factor of the gear is calculated and an engineering report is generated afterwards. The model parameters of the relevant components will be selected from the database and used for further CAD model generation according to the aforementioned process. Then, using the application programming interface (API) of CADsoftware Solid Edge, the dimensions of each geometric features of these components are modified by using the model parameterization and a solid model of each component of the gear reducer is created accordingly.
