企業流程再造(Business Process Reengineering/Redesign,BPR)係針對企業執行工作之流程提出從根本的、全面的、重新的思考,透過給予流程新的設計或改造,以使企業面對環境變化能具備更好的競爭能力。此方法在不同的產業,包含營造業,都已有實際應用的案例,此顯示其在流程管理與改善之價值。本研究以文獻回顧之成果為基礎,透過與個案營造廠內部管理階層進行訪談,再繪製完整的採購有關工作之流程,以利找出現存採購管理的問題,最後再結合企業流程再造之理論,提出解決方案,改善現行流程之問題。期待透過本研究之研究成果,可以做為其他營造廠採購管理流程再造之參考,也可以做為提升採購工作成效之基礎。;BPR (Business Process Reengineering/Redesign) is a tool for redesign or reengi-neering the working processes in an enterprise by a fundamental, complete and com-prehensive rethinking approach. The enterprise can use the outcomes of BPR to have better company competitiveness for facing a changing environment. BPR has been practically applied in different industries, including the construction industry. This shows its values in improving the performance of processes management for an enter-prise. Based on the outcomes of literature review, this study adopted the BPR to reen-gineering the procurement management processes in a study construction company. This study conducted interviews with the management level in the study company, and then produced the processes of procurement management that can be used to identify the problems in procurement management. The study proposed a new procurement management processes for the study company by adopting the theory of BPR. The outcomes of this study could be a good reference for construction companies to reengi-neering procurement management processes and to improve the performance of pro-curement management.
