Abstract:	道路工程瀝青混凝土產製的「製程改善」，運用冷拌工法與溫拌工法產製，結合產業聯盟成員推動瀝青產業轉型，透用實驗室與現地成效驗證成果，提升公共工程主辦機關採用於道路工程，藉以降低產製及施工過程中的能源消耗、溫室氣體與空氣污染排放減量，改善鋪設工作環境，刨除料之循環再利用，符合國家節能減碳政策的發展。
