    Abstract: 印刷電路板在台灣是具有相當高經濟規模的產業,而生產線設備管理與成本有直接關係,因此本研究提出SME-ELS機聯網通訊協定的數據握手軟體,滿足主機端與設備端傳輸數據的實時狀態,並且能夠增加及刪減連線設備的數量這兩個需求。透過TCP/IP將主機端與設備綁訂連線並對每台設備分配其專屬編號,再利用Socket API建立數據握手平台,在平台上可以進行增減設備的數量,最後整合上述系統並驗證。實驗結果顯示本文的軟體設計基於SEMI SME-ELS A1/A1.1通訊協定的數據握手原則下,系統透過握手邏輯訊號可以實時得知傳輸數據狀態,並且在數據握手平台增減設備數量, 能應對產線設備的及時調整。;Printed circuit boards are an industry with a relatively high economic scale in Taiwan, and production line equipment management is directly related to cost. Therefore, this research proposes a data handshake software based on the SME-ELS machine networking communication protocol, which is compatible with different brands and new and old equipment The communication protocol satisfies the real-time status of data transmission between the host and the device, and can increase or decrease the number of connected devices. Bind the host terminal with the device through TCP/IP and assign its own number to each device, then use SocketAPI to build a data handshake platform, on which the number of devices can be increased or decreased, and finally the above systems are integrated and verified. The experimental results show that our software design is based on the data handshake principle of the SEMI SME-ELS A1/A1.1 communication protocol. The system can know the status of the transmitted data in real time through the handshake logic signal, and the number of devices can be increased or decreased on the data handshake platform. Timely adjustment of production line equipment.
