Abstract:	本計畫的目的是了解在癌症惡化中以及正常生理狀態下，養分壓力所誘發的外泌體所扮演的角色。我們預期此研究可以增進學術界對於"細胞與生物個體如何面對養分變化做出反應"這個非常基礎且重要的生物課題的了解。此研究亦可以幫助我們找出新的癌症標靶以及設計新的癌症療法與診斷方式，能更有效率的治療癌症，減少社會與家庭經濟上的負擔。
