Abstract:	本計畫將以小鼠與人體實驗，分別研究皮膚細菌與腸道細菌對行為與大腦的影響，確認標記大腦的益生菌和益生原,包含兩大主題: (1) 探索皮腦軸(skin-brain axis)的可能性: 以小鼠實驗和體外實驗，標記具有健腦功能的皮膚益生菌和其代謝物，建立皮腦軸的可能機轉;(2)自閉症兒童數位療法的益生菌:我們將標記數位療法的腸道益生菌，最後，結合前述皮膚益生菌和腸道益生菌的結果，以皮膚外用益生原的方式，測試皮膚益生菌是否也能提升自閉症兒童的療效。預計研究結果將有助揭示對大腦有助益的皮膚與腸道益生菌，並探索皮腦軸的可能性和腸腦軸的共通性，最終尋找其中可能用於改善腦部功能甚至是治療腦部異常的契
