Abstract:	高風險神經母細胞瘤患者的存活率即使透過目前所有的治療方式皆無法有效提升，主要是無法針對具高度轉移特性之神經母細胞瘤作有效的控制，導致轉移多處之癌細胞容易復發，故研發出針對轉移特性的控制藥物就變得相當重要。本研究主要就是希望針對神經母細胞瘤轉移機制進行研究，除了預期能利用EGFR抑制劑有效抑制神經母細胞瘤轉移外，也透過此研究鑑定未知的轉移調控因子，未來即可針對此調控因子及其所參與之訊息傳遞路徑進行新藥物之設計，期望可以為高風險神經母細胞瘤患者帶來新的治療契機。
