Abstract:	本計畫研究垂直整合的電晶體元件架構，不僅在功能上可結合無機電晶體的高電流驅動能力與各式光電材料開發各種應用，在製程上也容易整合且易於縮放面積，比現今有機電晶體製作和整合技術簡易許多，預期未來可應用於低驅動電壓和高解析度之顯示器和影像感測器。其中蘊含許多材料特性和元件物理機制，有助於拓寬光電領域知識和發展新穎光電元件。
