Abstract:	本計畫建置儀器共用系統，設立專責管理機構，有效整合儀器資源，發揮最大之科學價值。儀器中心除了儀器方面的專責工作人員外，並設有儀器委員會，負責協調科學家對新儀器的需求，審核與決定儀器使用規則。儀器中心工作人員除負責整備儀器外，並需協助各研究計畫主持人，推動野外實驗工作。為求公平分配儀器資源，儀器中心除儀器配合各計畫使用外，不對研究計畫提供額外資助。儀器中心除由儀器委員會提供縱向的監督管理並審核年度的使用計畫外，在橫向工作方面，亦與台灣地震研究中心之研究計畫密切聯繫與合作，並與資料中心以協同作業方式，整合各研究計畫的觀測資料，建置符合標準的作業流程及資料處理平台。
