    Abstract: 超導量子電腦近年迅速發展,但是在超導電路系統處理量子信息的工具尚未整全,例如單光子偵測器及量子記憶體仍是有待研發的元件。本計畫的目的是在超導電路中研究電磁誘發透明現象,並以此效應開發單光子偵測器及量子記憶體。執行此計畫將提升超導量子科技所需設計、製作、控制等面向的高精密工藝,掌握發展的關鍵技術,同時透過培訓參與人員,促進國家總體量子信息處理發展。
