Abstract:	本計畫提出利用隨空間變化的類表面電漿結構整合高頻與特高頻雷達系統的理念。配合所提出的新型雷達部署場景，可使單一雷達同時具有超視距與視距傳播兩種雷達波工作模式，且可使雷達目標散射截面積被有效放大，可探測目標種類顯著提升，雷達系統具高安全性、高隱蔽性，低風阻等。本計畫除學術價值外，預期於國防、民生上亦將有所貢獻。
