Abstract:	2x-thru校正法，由於能以較少的量測便完成校正，故廣為業界採用。本團隊於111年度的計畫，已分析並驗證2x-thru校正之參考阻抗特性。於112年度，我們將致力於開發考量夾具偏差效應之2x-thru校正演算法。由於相關理論在文獻中鮮少揭露，我們自行提出了幾個不同層次的演算法，並預計以多個模擬及量測結果，進行準確度及重要性的分析。
