Abstract:	利用先進三五族化合物半導體和矽基製程技術開發毫米波前端電路，並用於下世代寬頻行動電話系統上。符合國內重要科技發展方向及國際趨勢，關鍵技術建立有助於國內行動通訊發展，同時提升國內相關製程技術於國際能見度。所培養的研究人才亦可投入相關產業，加速國內產業界進入第五代(5G)及後五代(B5G)行動通訊時程。
