Abstract:	已有許多研究證據揭示出認知控制能力與注意力對於人生發展的重要影響（Moffitt et al., 2011）。為此，我們擬運用非侵入性腦刺激，同時結合心理學與神經科學研究工具，以及Holo-Hilbert Spectral Analysis等分析方法，探討知覺、注意力、工作記憶、認知控制與動作控制相關的認知功能及神經機制。透過闡明這些認知功能的運作機制、功能性與結構性連結網絡、神經訊息之動態因果關聯，將可建構出更清楚的神經機制整合性理論，並為相關的精神與神經疾病，提供精準及個人化的新治療方式。本計畫的預期效益，將可為基礎認知神經科學、臨床治療、學童教育及神經與精神科學和轉譯醫學界開啟更多可能。
