    摘要: 在Covid-19的影響下,台灣首次進入三級警戒,企業開始增加數位學習的方式,以保持學習活動的靈活與持續性,員工的訓練計畫與課程內容品質,資訊系統軟硬體的支持與優劣,與訓練成效息息相關。本研究藉由了解數位學習品質的要素與訓練成效的關聯性,以數位學習品質為自變項,訓練成效為依變項,其中訓練成效再分為學習滿意度與工作應用兩個構面,以資訊系統品質為調節變項,進行統計檢驗分析探討變項之間的關聯。
    本研究對象以個案公司中業務、研發、品保單位之專案人員,採用網路電子問卷收集資料,共回收105份有效樣本進行統計分析,與透過訪談法了解實際使用狀況,研究結果發現:(1)數位學習品質對於訓練成效有正向關係;(2)資訊系統品質對於訓練成效有正向關係;(3)資訊系統品質對於數位學習品質影響訓練成效具正向調節效果。希望可以提供相關產業,未來在設計開發數位課程時輔助參考,於導入數位學習時進行成效評估持續優化改善。
    ;Due to impact of Covid-19 pandemic, it’s the first time that Taiwan government raised the level 3 alert. In addition to the transformation of management strategies, enterprises speeded up digital transformation. To make sure continuing education and training, many enterprises adopted online learning to maintain flexibility. To ensure the training effectiveness of employees can meet organizational performance, these are the elements might affect organizational performance: the employee’s training quality of employee education, training plans & courses and the software & hardware of information systems.
    In this study, by understanding the relationship between various elements of online learning quality and training effectiveness, taking online learning quality as an independent variable and training effectiveness as a dependent variable, which is further divided into two aspects: learning satisfaction and work application, and taking information system quality as a regulating variable, statistical test analysis is conducted to explore the relationship between variables. In this study, 105 valid samples were collected from salesperson, R&D and quality control inspector by using online survey and verified by semi-structured interviews.
    The results show that:(1)the quality of e-learning has a positive relationship with the training effect;(2)the quality of information system has a positive relationship with the training effectiveness;and(3)the quality of information system has a positive regulatory effect on the quality of online learning.This study hopefully could provide references for related industries to evaluate, design and develop online courses in the future, as well as improve the effect of online learning introduction and continuous improvement.
