摘要: | 陸軍警衛勤務係維護營區重要守門,在營區派遣衛兵巡查及站哨 的目的,是爲了確保營區內外時常保持警戒,以維護營區設施及人員 的安全,並維持軍隊內部的風紀。執勤衛兵按照營區指揮官、值星官 及值日官(或勤務單位主官、值星官及值日官)的指令執行勤務。根 據「國軍警衛勤務教範」,警衛勤務以「站二歇六」為原則,其餘關於 衛哨兵單日或連續數日輪值、艱苦哨時段等並無明確規定,交由各軍 種自行決定。 本研究為求得不同職務中士官、士兵等人員最佳化的排班結果, 以勞務平衡及指派公平為目標,考量每日值勤的勞逸度及職務的不同, 透過數學 0-1 整數規劃,編排限制條件等,建構數學模式,運用電腦 軟體 LINGO 18.0,結合 EXCEL 輪出數據資料,求出最佳解的排班模 式,並透過人員的增減及勞逸配比增減變化做敏感度分析評估,其分 析的數值資料,可提供後續決策者決策參考指標。 ;The Army Guard Service is the important gatekeeper in guarding the battalion.
