本研究以數據為基礎,針對個案公司的電商物流問題進行了研究。通過對相關數據的分析,發現出貨量存在明顯的季節性變化和地區差異,並且隨著時間的推移呈現上升趨勢。在重要節日或促銷活動期間,出貨量會有明顯提升,這需要電商企業加強備貨和物流管理。時間、地理位置、訂單種類等因素均對出貨量有較大的影響。 基於研究結果,提出了相關建議,包括改進出貨量管理、提高客戶滿意度、優化訂單管理和加強數據分析能力等。這些建議有助於電商企業實現出貨量的有效管理和優化,提高客戶滿意度和企業效益,從而提升企業的市場競爭力。 ;This study is based on data and studies the e-commerce logistics issues of a case company. Through analysis of relevant data, it was found that there were obvious seasonal changes and regional differences in shipments, and they showed an upward trend over time. During important festivals or promotional activities, shipments will increase significantly, which requires e-commerce companies to strengthen stocking and logistics management. Factors such as time, geographical location, order type, etc. all have a great impact on shipments. Based on the research results, relevant suggestions were put forward, including improving shipment management, improving customer satisfaction, optimizing order management and strengthening data analysis capabilities.
