Abstract:	近30多年來，城鄉差距以及現代化與都市化的影響，造成客家文化逐漸流失，該如何延續客家傳統文化命脈成為重要課題。中央與各縣市政府主管機關不斷推出客家活動，期望透過民眾多參與地方性的客家社團活動並希望能藉由這些活動，讓參與的民眾能更深入了解客家文化的發展，以發揚並持續推動客家文化發展。本文以桃園市客家社團為研究對象，從社區之社團經營狀況以了解組織運作與客家文化發展之歷程，並參與社區客家文化推廣活動以了解並分析客家社團所面臨的困境與因應對策；進而了解客家社團經營與推廣客家文化活動的互動機制。本研究採用質性研究，透過文獻分析與深度訪談方式進行，得知結論為：一、公部門可以對社團經營模式加以績效評鑑，以公平、公正的機制加以評核，對於未來在經費的申請即依照社團績效來評定之。二、對於文化活動的推展與傳承，公部門應開拓更多的資源，讓各社團發揮所能，將客家文化持續發展下去。三、各社團都有專業性的重點發展，往後在舉辦活動的規劃中，可適度邀請其他社團一起參與，並成為合作關係。;In the recent past 30 years, the gap between urban and rural areas and the influence of modernization and urbanization have caused the gradual loss of Hakka culture. How to continue the lifeline of traditional Hakka culture has become an important issue.The central government and the competent authorities of the county and city governments continue to launch Hakka activities, expecting more people to participate in local Hakka association activities and hope that pass through by these activities, the participating people can have a deeper understanding of the development of Hakka culture, so as to carry forward and continue to promote the development of Hakka culture. This article takes the Hakka associations in Taoyuan City as the research object, and understands the process of organizational operation and Hakka culture development from the operating conditions of the community associations. And participate in community Hakka culture promotion activities, understand and analyze the difficulties and countermeasures Hakka association faced. Then understand the interactive mechanism of Hakka associations operation and promotion of Hakka cultural activities. This study adopts qualitative research through literature analysis and in-depth interviews, and the conclusions are as follows: The first, that the public sector can evaluate the performance of the association′s business model, and evaluate it through a fair and just mechanism. For future funding applications, it will be evaluated according to the association′s performance. The second, for the promotion and inheritance of cultural activities, the public sector should develop more resources to allow various associations to give full play to their abilities and continue to develop Hakka culture. The third, each association has a professional key development. In the future planning of activities, other associations can be invited to participate and become a cooperative relationship.
