    Title: 線上合作討論學習平台之開發與初步評估;Development and Preliminary Evaluation of Online Collaborative Discussion Learning Platform

    Abstract: 近年來,由於COVID-19疫情的影響,大量的學校和教育機構被迫轉向遠距教學。這一變化不僅大大提升了遠距教學的應用範圍,也加深了人們對其實用性的認識。在眾多線上學習形式中,合作討論型課堂透過學生間的分組討論,有效地達到學習效果。然而,現存的線上討論平台對於小組討論中的互動方式以及討論成果的視覺化仍然有不足之處。因此,本研究旨在開發一個適合合作討論型課堂的線上學習平台,並提供學習者所需的鷹架與輔助工具。系統開發完成後,本研究採用問卷調查法評估學生對此線上合作討論學習平台的反應,研究對象36位正在就讀大學或研究所的學生,蒐集平台之整體知覺有用性、整體知覺易用性、整體使用意願,以及對系統提供的鷹架功能與輔助工具知覺有用性的評價。研究結果顯示,大多數學生對「線上合作討論學習平台」的整體知覺有用性、易用性、使用意願,以及對鷹架功能和輔助工具的知覺有用性均給予正面的回饋。根據本研究的結果,也對於未來系統的改進提出一些建議,希望這些建議能夠為後續的研究和系統改進提供參考。;Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, many schools and educational institutions have been forced to adjust to online learning in recent years. This transformation not only increased the application of online learning, but also enhanced comprehension of its use. Collaborative discussion classes, one of several types of online learning, efficiently achieve learning goals via group conversations among students. However, existing online discussion platforms continue to have inadequacies in terms of group discussion engagement strategies and visualization of discussion results. Therefore, the aim of this research is to deploy and develop a learning platform ideal for collaborative discussion sessions, while also providing learners with the required scaffolding and assistive tools. The study evaluates how students respond to this online platform for collaborative discussion learning using a questionnaire survey approach. There are 36 current college or graduate students as research participants. Feedback was collected on the platform′s overall perceived usefulness of the platform, overall perceived ease of use, overall intention to use, as well as the perceived usefulness of the scaffolding features and assistive tools offered by the system. According to the results of the experimental studies, the research not only demonstrates that the majority of students evaluated the online platform positively across the board but also serves as a benchmark for future research and system enhancements.
