SEMI 國際半導體產業協會,發表適用於SMT 生產線的通訊標準規範(SEMI SMT-ELS),其協定提供設備之間的通訊,本研究基於MIAT方法論,以GRAFCET方法進行模組化離散事件建模,再進行高階軟體合成,最後進行數據握手通訊軟體的效能驗證。基於SEMI A1/A1.1所制定的規範,本文採用Socket 主從式架構並以TCP通訊協議建立設備之間的通訊,在每台設備上均設置一組Server與Client,依據產品生產流向,調整Socket 連線設定,以實現單一設備可同時傳送與接收數據的能力,並展示基於水平通訊的方式,將數據由第一台設備傳送至第二台以外設備的流程,驗證基於水平通訊架構之數據握手機制,建立各設備之間穩定的資訊流。;SEMI (Semiconductor Equipment and Materials International) Industry Association has published the communication standard specification (SEMI SMT-ELS) applicable to SMT production lines. Based on the MIAT methodology, this research uses the GRAFCET method for modular discrete event modeling, and then for high-level software synthesis. Based on the specifications formulated by SEMI A1/A1.1, we adopt the Socket master-slave architecture and use the TCP communication protocol to establish communication between devices, and set up a group of Server and Client on each device. According to the production flow of the product, adjust the Socket connection setting to realize the ability of a single device to transmit and receive data at the same time. And we also demonstrate the process of transferring data from the first device to the second device based on the horizontal communication method, verifies the data handshake mechanism based on the horizontal communication architecture, and establishes a stable information flow between devices.
