摘要: | 摘 要 隨著資訊科技發展日新月異和迅速,企業資源規劃系統(ERP)已然成為企業不可或缺的一環,透過企業資源規劃系統能有效率的建立流程、規範、減少人工作業和大量重複的工作、避免人工出錯的可能,且能即使反映目前企業資源運作的實際情況,縮短企業反應時間,產出系統數據提供高階主管人員營運決策的重要參考依據,落實公司的出貨交期、品質管控、成本控制、會計帳務,有效降低企業營運和管理上的成本,進而提高客戶滿意度,從而提高企業核心競爭力。 本研究旨在探討一家家電零售通路企業導入SAP Retail個案,探討其過程、實施的效果和相關問題。研究對象為一家家電零售企業,由於其市場競爭激烈,營運效率提升成為企業的當務之急。因此,該公司決定導入SAP Retail以強化企業的資訊化管理,實現數據共享,提升企業運營效率和服務品質。 本研究透過文獻探討、深入訪談和個案研究等方法進行,針對SAP Retail的功能、實施過程、應用效果、相關問題等進行了詳細的分析和研究。研究結果顯示,SAP Retail系統的導入使企業能夠快速整合管理信息,有效解決了傳統管理方式中產生的重複、錯誤和資訊不對稱等問題,進一步提升了企業的運營效率和管理水平。通過SAP Retail,企業能夠實現多方面的功能,例如財務管理、庫存管理、銷售管理、採購管理等,並有效地實現全面信息化管理,更好地控制業務運營和風險。 然而,在個案研究也發現了一些問題,例如系統的部份實施過程複雜,需要較長的時間和高昂的成本,對於一些中小企業而言可能存在門檻。此外,系統的操作和維護也需要專業的技術和管理人員,需要企業在相關人員的培訓和管理上下更多的功夫。但總體而言,SAP Retail的導入對企業的運營效率和管理水平產生了正向積極的影響,可以幫助企業實現信息化管理和全面控制業務運營風險。然而,企業在導入過程中需要注意相關的問題,並積極進行相關人員的培訓和管理。 ;ABSTRACT With the rapid development of information technology, the enterprise resource planning system (ERP) has become an indispensable part of the enterprise. The purpose of this study is to discuss a case of implementing SAP Retail into a home appliance retail channel enterprise, discussing its process, implementation effect and related issues. The research object is a home appliance retail enterprise. Due to the fierce market competition, the improvement of operating efficiency has become the top priority of the enterprise. Therefore, the company decided to implement SAP Retail to strengthen the information management of the enterprise, realize data sharing, and improve the operating efficiency and service quality of the enterprise. This study is carried out through literature review, in-depth interviews and case studies, and conducts detailed analysis and research on the functions, implementation process, application effects and related issues of SAP Retail. The research results show that the introduction of SAP Retail system enables enterprises to quickly integrate management information, effectively solves the problems of duplication, error and information asymmetry in traditional management methods, and further improves the operational efficiency and management level of enterprises. Through SAP Retail, enterprises can realize various functions, such as financial management, inventory management, sales management, procurement management, etc., and effectively realize comprehensive information management to better control business operations and risks. However, some problems have also been found in the case studies, such as the complex implementation process of some systems, which takes a long time and high cost, and there may be barriers to entry for some small and medium-sized enterprises. In addition, the operation and maintenance of the system also requires professional technical and management personnel, requiring enterprises to put more effort into the training and management of relevant personnel.
