Abstract:	2x-thru校正法由於只需一個THRU，比傳統TRL節省許多電路板面積與量測時間，因而近年來廣範為業界所使用。然文獻中尚有兩個問題待解：一、校正所得S參數以何為參考阻抗；二、對於高金屬損耗之傳輸線，參考阻抗如何從THRU的量測中估計得到。經實測，時下商用2x-thru校正軟體對高金屬損耗之傳輸線，確實會產生明顯誤差。本計畫針對上述二問題進行探討，在第一部分，我們將會以完整之模擬與實驗結果，驗證2x-thru校正參考阻抗之特性；在第二部分，我們提出一創新之參考阻抗估計法，有別於文獻中使用單一不隨頻率變之參考阻抗，我們可以得到寬頻、複數、且符合因果律之阻抗模型，預期可以顯著提升校正準確度。
