    Abstract: 本文針對頻率補償與穩定相關之調頻服務以及各類輔助備轉服務進行研究及探討,並提出了一種基於最佳化電池管理系統策略的自動頻率控制演算法,演算法包含兩種模式:一般自動頻率控制模式和基於電池充放電管理策略的改良模式,並透過Matlab Simulink模擬實際場域之能源管理系統,模擬能源管理系統在市電頻率訊號變動的情況下,將能夠依據調頻備轉輔助服務之調度曲線,執行應輸出/入之功率,實現穩定市電頻率目的,維持電力品質,驗證所提出之演算法的有效性及可行性,並在某公司實驗案場中實踐演算法測試,也討論了使用的通信協議和台電要求之性能測試方法。
    最後,比較和分析兩種模式的演算法,展示改良模式的優勢,確保在電池頻繁操作的情況,不僅讓系統穩定,也減少對電池的危害。
    ;This thesis focuses on the research and exploration of frequency compensation and stabilization related to frequency regulation services and various auxiliary reserve services. An automatic frequency control algorithm based on optimized battery management system strategies is proposed, which includes two modes : a general automatic frequency control mode and an enhanced mode based on battery state of charge management strategy. The effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed algorithm are verified through simulation of an actual energy management system using Matlab Simulink. The simulation demonstrates that the energy management system can execute the scheduled curve of frequency regulation and reserve assistance services, output/input the required power according to the changes in the power grid frequency signal, and achieve the goal of stable power grid frequency and maintain power quality. The communication protocols used and the performance testing methods required by the Taiwan Power Company are also discussed.
    Finally, the two modes of the algorithm are compared and analyzed to demonstrate the advantages of the enhanced mode, which ensures stable system operation and reduces harm to the battery in the case of frequent battery operation.
