本論文分析多軸系齒輪傳動系統,包含一對螺旋傘齒輪和數組正齒輪。首先 量測各軸齒輪參數,並利用齒輪設計公式計算得到齒輪基本參數,再針對螺旋傘齒輪以所得之參數為基礎,配合廠商使用P40量測儀器,進行逆向量測得到更精確之細部設計參數。以此搭配正齒輪參數與其他尺寸量測值,如各軸尺寸、中心距等,在KISSsys軟體內建立多軸系齒輪傳動系統。接著代入工作轉速與負載,使用KISSsoft進行各齒輪對的負載下齒面接觸分析,包括接觸齒印、傳動誤差與接觸應力等。為改善齒輪的齒面接觸應力,加入 適當之齒面修整設計,其中螺旋傘齒輪部分以廠商提供的模擬資料為基礎進行細部參數修整,正齒輪以導程隆齒修整(Lead Crowning)與線性齒頂修整(Linear Tip-Relief)進行調整,以使安全係數符合美國齒輪製造協會(American Gear Manufacturers Association, AGMA)所訂定之規範。;The purpose of this study is to analyze a multi-axes gear transmission system, including a spiral bevel gear pair and several spur gear pairs. First, the basic gear parameters were measured, and gear design formulae enabled us to estimate basic parameters. For the spiral bevel gears, P40 measuring machine was utilized to measure spiral bevel gear pair with the aid of a local gear manufacturer. Based on the obtained parameters of gears and other measured dimensions, the multi-axes gear transmission system was successfully established via KISSsys. Moreover, loaded tooth contact analysis (LTCA) of each gear pair was carried out by using KISSsoft, considering the operational speed and load, In order to reduce the contact stress, adequate tooth modifications were introduced into the spiral bevel gears as well as the spur gears, including lead crowning and linear tip-relief. Finally, the safety factors, including pitting and bending for all gears, were improved and conformed to the relevant standards from defined by the American Gear Manufacturers Association(AGMA).
