    摘要: 摘 要
    本文將著眼於導管消融術導管器械中的”運動控制線組件” 的組裝線
    改善,該器械操作特性是透過2.0-3.5cm的靜脈血管到達心臟,可想而知
    其器械運動機構及內部零件設計必須是緊湊與細微的,且由於醫療器材在
    製造過程中必須符合特定的醫療規範與嚴格的品質要求之特性,所以此產
    業大多還是依賴人工進行組裝,現況瓶頸在於該產品細微,造成對作業人
    員的視力、手穩度與技術經驗的要求極高,對人力資源需求也變高,在現
    今人力缺乏的環境下無疑是雪上加霜。
    本研究是運用線切割機自動穿線系統中的眼模機構原理改善治具設
    計,輔以萃思(TRIZ)理論找出運動控制線組件組裝流程的不良因子及改善
    機會點,進行組裝線操作介面、流程之設計改善,達到縮減工作週期、組
    裝流程及生產資源需求,並減少對於作業人員經驗與技術的依賴,使生管
    及製造單位在作業人員排班調度上更加具有彈性,最終達到既能減少資源
    需求又能提升產能及品質之目標。
    研究結果除達成研究目的所設立的(1)縮減60秒組裝工作週期、(2)減
    少對作業人員能力的依賴、(3)將兩道焊接工序整合為一的三項目標外,
    最終讓雷射焊接設備及作業人員的需求同步縮減。;Abstract
    This thesis will focus on the improvement of the "motion control of Wire
    assembly” assembly line in the catheter device for catheter ablation. The operating
    characteristic of the device is to reach the heart through the 2.0-3.5cm venous
    blood vessel. It is conceivable that the design of the device′s motion mechanism
    and internal parts should be compact and subtle, and because medical devices
    must comply with specific medical specifications and strict quality requirements
    during the manufacturing process, currently most of the industry still relies on
    manual assembly. The requirements for eyesight, hand stability and technical
    experience are extremely high, and the demand for human resources has also
    become higher. In today′s environment of lack of manpower, it is undoubtedly
    worse.
    This research is to use the principle of the eye mold mechanism in the
    automatic threading system of the wire cutting machine to improve the design of
    the fixture, supplemented by the TRIZ theory to find out the bad factors and
    improvement opportunities of the assembly process of the motion control line
    components, and to carry out the operation interface of the assembly line , Process
    design improvement, to reduce the work cycle, assembly process and production
    resource requirements, and reduce the dependence on the experience and
    technology of operators, so that the production management and manufacturing
    units are more flexible in the scheduling of operators, and finally achieve both
    The goal of reducing resource requirements and improving production capacity
    and quality.
    In addition to achieving the three goals set for the purpose of the research (1)

    reducing the 60-second assembly cycle time, (2) reducing the dependence on the
    ability of the operator, and (3) integrating the two welding stations into one, the
    research results finally allowed demand for laser welding equipment and
    operators has been reduced simultaneously.
