    摘要: 由於台商回流加速廠辦大樓的需求,因此企業為了能及早投入生產,導致壓縮了新建廠房的專案時程,因此必須基於整體進度而建立水電時程表,來檢視影響因子權重排序,並依權重排序列入管制事項是水電工程管理者重要的課題了。本研究的目的是使用層級分析法(AHP)建立水電工程依施工階段排序影響整體進度項目權重排序,在文獻探討中概述了影響水電工程中會影響整體進度的工項順序和決策的6個構面及25個準則,包括施工過程中的順序與決策。在回收的AHP問卷調查針對12名工作經驗大多超過15年的專案設計人員、土建相關專業人員、機電相關專業人員、工地主任、水電領班、資深水電師傅等專家前輩。一致性指數結果為CI = 0.09,CR 0.08均小於0.1,依施工階段排序結果為(1)設計送審共通因子>設計送審共通因子>基礎施工階段因子>結構施工階段因子>運轉測試階段因子>裝修施工階段因子的權重排序;(2)依系統階段方面:CI結果為CI = 0.08,CR 0.06均小於0.1,因此構面排序結果為專案的共通因子>設備進場重要因子>電氣系統>電氣系統>給排水系統>消防系統>空調系統的權重排序,可藉AHP運算分析,由提供各工項之權重,依權重排序建立水電重要工項影響整體進度管制表,直到工項完成或不影響時才能解除列管。;The compressed project schedule for constructing a new plant necessitates the establishment of an electrical and plumbing schedule based on overall progress, indicating that the preference ranking of influencing factors is critical for management. The purpose of this study is to establish the preference ranking for electrical and plumbing engineering projects based on construction phase prioritization using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). In the literature review, six dimensions and 25 criteria that influence the overall progress of electrical and plumbing engineering, including the sequence of construction activities and decision-making, are outlined. A questionnaire survey using AHP was conducted among 12 experienced professionals, including project designers, civil engineering experts, mechanical and electrical professionals, site supervisors, electrical and plumbing team foremen, and senior electrical and plumbing practitioners, with most of them having over 15 years of work experience. The consistency index (CI) was found to be 0.09, and the consistency ratio (CR) was 0.08, both of which are less than 0.1. The findings show that (1) the preference ranking of factors in the order of Design and Review > Foundation Construction > Structural Construction > Operation and Testing > Decoration Construction; (2) in terms of system stages, CI = 0.08, and the CR = 0.06, both of which less than 0.1. Therefore, the preference ranking results in the following order: Project Condition> Equipment Installation > Electrical System > Water Supply and Drainage System > Fire Protection System > Air Conditioning System. By utilizing AHP analysis and calculating the weights for each activity, the electrical and plumbing schedule control table can be established based on the preference ranking. Project activities remain under control until their completion or until they no longer impact the overall progress.
