    Abstract: 隨著時代演變,電子產品從以往的按鈕式機構轉變成觸控式。為了讓觸控式機構產生按鈕式機構的觸覺回饋,會在機構內部添加馬達。車用觸控元件中加入觸覺回饋除了增加客戶體驗,還能提升行車安全。本論文主軸為發展模擬與分析車用觸控元件的標準流程,使此流程可以應用於更多元的相關產品之上。方法為首先透過實驗量測車用觸控裝置的振動特性、線性馬達的出力值,再以有限元素軟體COMSOL Multiphysics 模擬裝置的振動行為,模擬結果與實驗結果做比對,以驗證本研究的可靠性。研究的關鍵在正確的量測馬達動作並轉換為馬達出力、裝置振動實驗的標準流程、模擬手法以及比對模擬實驗結果後如何修正模擬細節等。;As technology evolves, knob or button controlling devices used in cars, have transitioned to touch-based or touchscreen devices. These touchscreen devices generate short-duration vibrations for feedback purposes. Linear motors, characterized by their smaller size and shorter residual vibrations, are employed for exciting the devices. The main focus of this research is to develop a standardized process encompassing the analysis and simulation of touchscreen components, with the aim of broader application in related products. Initially, experimental measurements of the device′s vibration characteristics and the linear motor′s output were performed. Then, the model of the device was built. The finite element software COMSOL Multiphysics was chosen for simulating the vibration behavior of the device with some material properties obtained from experiments. Lastly, the comparison between the simulation results and the experimental results has been carried out and the simulation model can be modified from the comparison.
