Abstract:	本計畫以系統性跨領域研究整合，針對桃園臺地與海岸帶近年社會經濟發展所遭遇關鍵挑戰，透過利害關係人參與協作共同尋求建立具科學循證基礎之永續解方路徑，在學術面向將可提出更貼近符合自然為本解方之評估指標、策略及效益評估，進而發展符合桃園台地與海岸帶在地特性與需求之自然為本解方方案，並評估其經濟與社會效益，而在社會與經濟面向透過提升桃園台地與海岸的整體水資源韌性與微氣候調適，將可更永續支撐桃園臺地快速變遷之人文地景的社會經濟發展所需。
