    Abstract: 高溫(≧35℃)易導致水稻分蘗數減少、穎花無法正常授粉及發育、稔實率降低、白堊質粒增加。先前實驗結果已證明:OsHsp16.9A可結合OsHsp101提升水稻種子耐熱性、OsHsp16.9A可結合OsAP1提升水稻種子可溶性蛋白質比例、OsHsp16.9A可結合OsAPL3提升水稻米粒周圍澱粉粒排列。本計畫將接續先前結果,深入探討參與水稻種子OsHsp16.9A-OsHsp101耐熱機制作用之蛋白質;探討水稻種子萌芽時期OsHsp101降解反應;確認OsHsp16.9A-OsHsp101對澱粉合成基因熱保護作用機制。結果將有助於我們了解水稻種子對環境高溫的抗性機制,改善水稻暴露於高溫下的問題。
