The blockchain architecture introduces a reliable and secure decentralized system for vehicular network communication. However, implementing blockchain in a V2X environment with different areas poses significant challenges. We have developed a system architecture that integrates blockchain with a multi-connectivity selection approach for V2X communication environments to address this. This system resolves the integration challenges between blockchain and V2X communication networks operating over three different areas and utilizing multiple connectivity options. We define and explain the operation and mechanisms of our system in detail. Moreover, we propose an Enhanced MAX-SINR multi-connectivity selection method to enhance blockchain performance in integrated networks. Through performance evaluations under different traffic volumes, we demonstrate the critical role of the multi-connectivity selection method in the effectiveness of blockchain-based V2X networks. Experimental results indicate superior performance of our proposed method compared to others.
