摘要: | 為解決及提升人力指派作業效率問題,本研究目的在節省人工指派過程中的時間與成本。研究的主要目標是利用0-1整數規劃的最佳化理論,結合零件放樣的實務作業來進行人力指派,需考慮到人員和零件類型等限制條件,構建數學模式,並運用LINGO 18.0程式軟體工具求解,以確定最佳人力指派及成本最小化。 本研究以某科技廠房新建工程為例,考慮不同類型的零件板片,各種零件類型都需由放樣工程師執行零件放樣作業,此研究計劃在有限的工作天數內實現最小作業成本的最佳人力指派,目標是在28個工作日內完成該區的零件放樣作業。本研究以LINGO 18.0軟體的計算結果與人工指派模式比較,最佳化模式所需的作業成本為265,700元,而人工指派作業成本為304,800元,與人工指派模式相比之下,LINGO模式節省了39,100元的作業成本,表示在本研究的分析模式下,可減少12.82%的成本支出並節省99%的時間。經由敏感性分析顯示,隨著工作天數的增加,可配置效率較低的人員以降低作業成本。相反地,當工作天數減少時,需要配置效率較高的人員,反而會增加作業成本。當工作天數少於22天,則呈現無可行解。由此可知,本研究的結果提供最佳解決方案。 ;To address the issue of improving efficiency in manpower assignment operations, this study aims to save time and costs associated with manual assignment during human resource planning. The primary goal of this research is to use the optimization theory of 0-1 integer programming, combined with practical layout operations for parts, to assign manpower. Given the constraints such as personnel and part types, a mathematical model is constructed and solved using the LINGO 18.0 software tool to determine the optimal manpower assignment and minimize costs. Taking the construction of a new section of a technology factory as an example, where different types of component plates are considered, each type of part requires layout engineers to perform layout operations. The study plans how to achieve the minimum operational cost for optimal manpower assignment within a limited number of workdays, aiming to complete the layout operations for that section within 28 workdays. Comparing the LINGO 18.0 computation results with the manual assignment model, the cost required by the study′s model is 265,700 NTD, while the manual assignment operation cost is 304,800 NTD. The LINGO model thus reduces costs by 39,100 NTD compared to the manual assignment model. This indicates that the analysis model in this study can reduce expenditure by 12.82% and save 99% of the time. Sensitivity analysis reveals that as the number of workdays increases, less efficient personnel can be assigned to reduce costs. Conversely, when the number of workdays decreases, more efficient personnel need to be assigned, which increases operational costs. If the number of workdays is less than 22, no feasible solution exists. The study′s results provide the optimal solution. |
