本研究以C 造紙廠為例,深入研究電動堆高機語音式、間歇式、寬頻式警 報裝置對作業場所工作者之安全效用的差異。研究透過比較這三種警報裝置的實 際應用效果,特別著眼於其對工作者安全效用的影響。研究方法包括實驗設計、 數據收集與分析,結合主觀問卷評價,從多角度評估警報裝置的效用。 研究結果顯示,各種警報裝置在反應時間、反應準確率以及工作者的主觀評 價方面均有不同的表現。語音式警報裝置在提供具體指引和提高員工警覺性方面 具有優勢,而間歇式警報裝置則在簡單實用和即時提醒方面表現突出。寬頻式警 報裝置在應對複雜環境和提高聲音辨識度方面具有一定的優勢。 綜合比較結果,本研究為企業在選擇適合其特定環境的警報裝置提供了實際 的指導建議,以提升作業場所的整體安全性。研究結論有助於填補實務應用與理 論研究之間的差距,為相關領域提供有價值的參考。;This study takes C Paper Mill as an example to deeply investigate the differences in the safety efficacy of voice-based, intermittent, and broadband alarm devices for electric forklifts in the workplace. By comparing the practical application effects of these three types of alarm devices, the study particularly focuses on their impact on worker safety. The research methods include experimental design, data collection and analysis, combined with subjective questionnaire evaluations to assess the effectiveness of alarm devices from multiple perspectives. The results indicate that different alarm devices exhibit varying performances in terms of reaction time, reaction accuracy, and subjective evaluations by workers. Voice-based alarm devices have advantages in providing specific guidance and enhancing worker alertness, while intermittent alarm devices are notable for their simplicity and immediacy. Broadband alarm devices show certain strengths in coping with complex environments and improving sound recognition. Overall, this study provides practical guidance for enterprises in selecting alarm devices suitable for their specific environments to enhance overall workplace safety. The research conclusions help bridge the gap between practical application and theoretical research, offering valuable references for related fields.
