摘要(中) 電子資訊廢棄物包含個人電腦、電腦螢幕、手機等等電子儀器,而在這些裝置中或是製造過程中都會含有或是產生許多對人體有害化學物質或元素,妥善處理電子資訊相關廢棄物更顯重要。本研究採用IMB為主要研究架構評估個人電子資訊廢棄物回收行為,同時探討在模型中各因素間相互關係。本研究納入過去文獻中親環境行為的三種人格特質:親和性、勤勉正直性、開放性,探討其與電子資訊廢棄物回收動機之間是否具有關係。本研究發放1145份問卷,含括台灣四個不同地區之大學生進行調查。本研究採用PLS方法,除了分別對全體樣本進行整體分析,區域之子模型比較分析。研究結果發現:電子資訊廢棄物回收動機以及電子資訊廢棄物回收技能對於電子資訊廢棄物行為有正向顯著影響。另外,本研究發現中在親環境行為文獻中的三個對於親環境行為有正向顯著影響的人格特質,親和性與勤勉正直性亦對於電子資訊廢棄物回收動機亦產生正向且顯著的影響。
根據研究發現,文末對於未來電子資訊廢棄物回收行為相關研究提供方向與建議。
摘要(英) E-waste means damaged electronic devices, such as personal computers, monitors, cellular phones, etc. E-waste contains many toxic materials that will harm human bodies. In this study, the IMB model is used as the prime framework to assess individual’s e-waste recycling behaviors and the factors that will affect college students’ e-waste recycling behaviors are also investigated. In addition, the effects of pro-environmental personality traits such as agreeableness, conscientiousness and openness to experience on e-waste recycling motivation noted in literature are tested in this study. 1145 questionnaires from Taiwan are collected. A two-stage analysis based on areas is adapted PLS technique to analyze collected data. The results show that the individuals’ e-waste recycling behavioral skills and e-waste recycling motivation have significant positive relation with e-waste recycling behavior. The e-waste recycling behavioral skills mediates the effect between e-waste recycling motivation and e-waste recycling behavior. Agreeableness and conscientiousness have a positive relationship with the e-waste recycling motivation.

Finally, the IMB model in prior research that was usually used in personal health related behavior researches. This study provides some references to future research which will use the IMB model. According to the found this study will also suggest some directions of future research about e-waste recycling that were provided at the end.
