摘要(中) 本論文率先地在單塊Nd:MgO:LiNbO3晶體上製作出二維週期性晶格極化反轉結構,同時可用來作為整合雷射增益介質、電光布拉格Q調制器和腔內光參量振盪器並在二極體泵浦系統下達成緊配且波長可調式IOPO脈衝光源輸出。
藉由在外加脈衝頻率1kHz、寬度300ns,在直流偏壓+40V、高度+160V分別各對應為低/高Q狀態的方波訊號於2D Nd:MgO:PPLN晶體,在二極體泵浦功率8.55W與晶體溫控25oC條件下,我們達成IOPO波長1522.3nm的訊號光脈衝輸出,總脈衝能量達到約3.3μJ,主脈衝半高寬9.36ns,峰值功率243.6W。
摘要(英) We have successfully fabricated a 2D domain structure into a monolithic Nd:MgO:LiNbO3 crystal for simultaneously being a gain medium, an EO Bragg Q-switch and an OPGM in a diode-pumped system to realize a compact, tunable pulsed eye-safe IOPO.
When applying a biased pulse-train with duration of 300ns at 1-kHz as repetition rate on the 2D Nd:MgO:PPLN device with 40V/160V for high/low Q state respectively, we obtained 1522nm signal from the IOPO with a pulse energy of ~3.3 mJ, corresponding to a peak power of 243W, at 8.55-W diode pump power at 25oC.
